When Adam mentions bringing money to Austin, he's right. The cash flow through formula one racing is tremendous. Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari driver 2007-2009, was estimated by F1 Racing magazine to make 51 million dollars a year. While not all F1 drivers make quite this much, the pay remains quite good. Aside from the pay from their salary, well known drivers can also make quite a bit of money through advertising. The skill and finesse required to drive a formula one car at all make the job qualifications of racing for Ferrari hard to meet. Like many F1 drivers, "Iceman" started racing karts at the early age of ten. He quickly progressed and started racing F1 with relatively little experience. In 2009, after leaving formula one, Kimi began rally racing for Citroen. He entered the 2011 World Rally Championship racing for his new team ICE 1 racing. This season promises to be a good one.

F1 Racing: With a New Face involved
F1 racing is coming to Austin! For many people who are not so familiar with the sport, this doesn't seem like that big of a deal. But when you think about it, this is not only an opportunity to bring in some outside dollars into Austin, but outside culture.
The new man leading this project is Steve Sexton. Steve says about the future Austin track: "This project represents a unique opportunity for the City of Austin and the State of Texas to be the focal point for a world-wide audience." And when this man says that, you have to get excited. Steve has 25 years of experience with entertainment and racing, so he is the kind of guy that you can trust when he says something about racing
Steve's overwhelming credentials and visions for Austin will most likely lead this city into yet another area that we are great at, F1 racing.

Barack
Barack Obama is great. He drives a very fuel efficient limo. I love the way he actually does not drive the limo. Barack Obama should continue to drive his wonderful limo. If Barack is re-elected to be president i think it would be great for him to get a purple limo!. Wouldn't that be great?
I think it would. Barack OBAMA and his limo... OH YEA
