Buying Guide

Buying a car is a huge investment. When buying a car, you always need to consider other things than price such as:

  • Size
  • Fuel economy
  • Rate of value decrease
  • Overall quality
  • Speed
  • Power
  • Payload
  • Seating
  • Interior
  • Exterior

Look Sharp in a Dinger (Or a Lambo)

Now I'm not saying you should run outside and start doodling on your car with a permanent marker. Use somebody else's car for your first try*. You should probably start small. Work on something of little personal value while you get your style down. While all the people on the internet are sticking to black and white, I would recommend something more bold like red, purple, green, especially for your CBR.

*This sentence was crafted for entertainment purposes only. Don't blame me when you get locked up for drawing inappropriate things on your neighbors car/motorcycle/dog/face just because of my lame post.

F1 Values

When Adam mentions bringing money to Austin, he's right. The cash flow through formula one racing is tremendous. Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari driver 2007-2009, was estimated by F1 Racing magazine to make 51 million dollars a year. While not all F1 drivers make quite this much, the pay remains quite good. Aside from the pay from their salary, well known drivers can also make quite a bit of money through advertising. The skill and finesse required to drive a formula one car at all make the job qualifications of racing for Ferrari hard to meet. Like many F1 drivers, "Iceman" started racing karts at the early age of ten. He quickly progressed and started racing F1 with relatively little experience. In 2009, after leaving formula one, Kimi began rally racing for Citroen. He entered the 2011 World Rally Championship racing for his new team ICE 1 racing. This season promises to be a good one.

F1 Racing: With a New Face involved

F1 racing is coming to Austin! For many people who are not so familiar with the sport, this doesn't seem like that big of a deal. But when you think about it, this is not only an opportunity to bring in some outside dollars into Austin, but outside culture.

Awesome computer background of F1 racing

The new man leading this project is Steve Sexton. Steve says about the future Austin track: "This project represents a unique opportunity for the City of Austin and the State of Texas to be the focal point for a world-wide audience." And when this man says that, you have to get excited. Steve has 25 years of experience with entertainment and racing, so he is the kind of guy that you can trust when he says something about racing

Steve Sexton

Steve's overwhelming credentials and visions for Austin will most likely lead this city into yet another area that we are great at, F1 racing.

Mike Rowe's Advertising

Mike Rowe is a face that is commonly seen on TV. You may know him from his show, Dirty Jobs. In his spare time he endorses Ford, an American car and truck company. He was the face of their commercial campaign for a long amount of time. He specifically endorsed the F-Series trucks, probably the most famous line that Ford produces. The F-Series consists of 3 well known trucks, the F-150, F-250, and F-350. The bigger the number, the larger the truck. Mike Rowe does a great job of advertising the truck series. He is not obnoxious like some of the other advertisers are. Mike Rowe is actually pleasant to listen too. If you are interested in seeing more of Mike Rowe here is a link where you can check out his show. http://dsc.discovery.com/tv/dirty-jobs/

Barack

Barack Obama is great. He drives a very fuel efficient limo. I love the way he actually does not drive the limo. Barack Obama should continue to drive his wonderful limo. If Barack is re-elected to be president i think it would be great for him to get a purple limo!. Wouldn't that be great?
I think it would. Barack OBAMA and his limo... OH YEA
